Dear starship cruisers,

So, here we are.  I'm still broke as Hell.  I have no money every month whatsoever.  So, if Fergie and Ludacris said, "if you ain't got no money, take your broke ass home".  Great.  Not only are you going to be home cleaning your house and cooking meals for your husband and kids, but your whole entire family is black instead of white unlike all the other timelines when you're always white.

No worries.  The black part imprisonment will only happen once - never again - no duplication, one and only, the first and only.  Nevermind the "last" part that I deleted.  

Anyway, in the 10th program, the black people's timeline and the oriental people's timeline, half of the population of the World or the whole entire World are black or oriental, all of the people in the World are free - absolutely, completely, and totally.  They can go outside at any point in time.  And there is no breaking of this document no matter what.

Ok?

And for the first 10 Billion timelines of each planet, there are the various timelines like the Beautiful Timelines and the Blue Man Group Era Timelines.  

In the 2nd and 3rd 10 Billion timelines of each planet, everybody are White Caucasians peoples.  These peoples are people that are white with blonde, red, or dark haired with blue eyes, green, brown, hazel, and purple eyes.  Ok?
